A New Place

Hi, jobseekers!

It's me again, here, writing my third post.
This time, I would like to tell you a little about my experience of having an interview.

While I was waiting for result of my previous interview with one of the largest e-commerce in Indonesia, I got an email for another interview by a start up company located in Jakarta.

The interview, kinda similar with any other interviews I had attended, asked me these questions:
- Tell about myself
- What I have done lately
- Why I applied there (position and company)
- My strengths and weaknesses
- (Surprisingly) Expected salary

well moving on from the previous writing , I manage to write another interview experience.

This one slighty different because for the first time in my life, I cried when I was asked by the interviewer.

At first, I was not really sure about this interview but I was like yeah just hit it (itung2 latian interview kalo nanti ada yg manggil lg lol).

Then comes the time. I was sitting there for like almost 2 hours.

They asked me to come at 8 but I was entering the room at 10.

First of all, it was a regular conersation.

He asked me about my job, what did I do when I waited for him and hyaaa mostly about me and my job back then.

Then it came to the part when he asked about my college.

He asked have I ever wonder how much did my parents spend to pay my college fee. Then I count and I answered it was no more than 30 mil since my college fee was cheap wqwq.

But then he asked me something a bit deeper.

He asked me about have I ever think of what my parents have given to me and how much they spend to raise me this whole time and I answer I have no idea.

Then there was the topic that got me started crying.

sounds lameeee huh?

But I really touched at that time.

it makes me think and also one of the reason why I took the offer even though the salary offer dropped.

All I think about was that my dad was so happy that I got to work in a big company.

He was so happy.

And it was beyond anything.
